About the Requirements
REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time and fair housing training of not less than 2 hours of instructional time within each cycle. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The next training cycle is January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027

- NAR Online Ethics for New or Existing Members
- TBR/The CE Shop Online Ethics CE Course (3 hours ethics CE for Florida real estate license renewal.)

- NAR course options: Fair Housing Training Requirement (options include Fairhaven Fair Housing Simulation, At Home with Diversity, and Bias Override)
