Whether you're a current member opening your own office or a broker or certified appraiser new to the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS®, we thank you for your membership.

To join the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS®:

  1. Complete all appropriate Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) forms, including corporate documents. DBPR online: www.myfloridalicense.com
  2. Send the completed, signed forms from your pdf Designated REALTOR® Application(1.01 MB) to  sThis email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Part of your application is the MLS Participation Agreement, which refers to the MLS Rules and Regulations. (Not an MLS office? Choose the pdf Designated REALTOR® / No MLS Application(787 KB) .) 
  3. Once we have received your application, we will contact you to schedule your appointment to join TBR.
  4. We accept cash, check or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover) for all TBR membership fees:  pdf 2026 Dues(210 KB)  
  5. Allow approximately 2.5 hours for your appointment. Please arrive on time, as you will be sharing your appointment with other new members.
