For a Broker to ADD Sales Associates through their online DBPR account:
- Logon to the corporation account, partnership account, or broker account for a sole proprietor, whichever type the Broker operates under.
- Look to the right under "license summary" and click on "maintain/renew this license."
- Under "possible actions" click on "view/maintain related licenses."
- You will see a list of all the related licenses in the account; scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see in the center of the page an option to "Add a New Relationship"; click this option.
- A "find" window appears and you must enter the license number of the licensee you wish to add. Enter the number and press the "find" button. This brings back the licensee for verification that the correct licensee was found; if so, click "submit."
- Look to the right under "license summary" and click on "maintain/renew."
- A "transaction processed" page is displayed, which will recap who was added and the date submitted. This is the confirmation page that the licensee was added to the account. The Broker should print this page and place it in their files.
