MARKETING MEETINGS    
Usually held most Tuesdays morning from 9 - 10 a.m. An opportunity to network with other members of your Board and market listings you may have. Educational speakers from real estate related professions also speak to help keep you informed on trends and changes in the industry.

BUSINESS MEETINGS
As provided for in the TBR Bylaws, business meetings are scheduled at a place and time designated by the Board of Directors to conduct the business of the Board. All members are encouraged to attend and participate. Information concerning dates and times may be found in newsletters and our online calendar.

CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS
The Board provides a wide variety of educational programs approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) for specialty and core law course continuing education credit applicable toward the renewal of your Florida real estate license. The number of credit hours varies according to the duration of the course. A current list of courses scheduled may be found in newsletters, the member dashboard, and the TBR calendar.

TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION
Through enrollment in the REALTOR® Enrichment Program (REP), you will be able to take a broad selection of technology classes. Through Capital Area Technology and REALTOR® Services (CATRS) you have access to technology training in a wide variety of subjects at a fraction of the cost you would pay privately.

Newsletters
Weekly newsletters provide timely information about the Board's programs, activities, and plans. This newsletter is emailed to all members and past issues are available on the member dashboard.

MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE
The Board, through a contract with ICE, provides Paragon MLS, a highly sophisticated multiple listing network which gives you instant access to listings in Leon County and the surrounding areas. Comprehensive training classes are offered and computers are available at the Board office for hands-on training. LEGAL SERVICES
Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® Legal Counsel, Susan Thompson provides in-depth explanations of legal issues affecting your daily real estate business at monthly legal update marketing meetings. For answers to specific legal questions you may call the Florida REALTORS® Legal Hotline Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. at 407-438-1409..

STANDARD FORMS
The Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® Standard Forms Committee in cooperation with the TBR Legal Counsel has prepared a number of standard real estate business forms to help you work more efficiently and to comply with various city, county and state laws. Forms are provided free of charge to Board members. The TBR forms are available through the Paragon MLS documents (printable) and on floridarealtors.org under Form Simplicity (fillable forms). Assistance with Form Simplicity can be found by calling the CATRS Technology Support Desk at 850-224-7713 or the Florida REALTORS® Tech Helpline, 407-587-1450.

ARBITRATION
When Board members from different offices are involved in a commission dispute arising out of a real estate transaction, the Professional Standards Chairperson will assemble an experienced panel of Board members to conduct a fair and impartial hearing. Strict adherence to due process and National Association of REALTORS® Arbitration Rules and Policies is assured.

ROSTERS
Updated member rosters containing the names and contact information of TBR's REALTORS® and Affiliates is available through the member dashboard.

REALTOR® STORE
For your convenience, a REALTOR® Store is located at the Board office offering many real estate related items: real estate calculators, home information tubes, rider signs, open house flags, and much more.
