Broker Opening an Office

New Offices, whether a current member opening their own office or a new broker to TBR, thank you for your membership. The Tallahassee Board of REALTORS^® offers:

A state of the art Multiple Listing System (MLS), Cutting edge educational programs, Representation with National, State and Local, Professional growth, Broker specific roundtables

To sign-up for membership:

1. Complete Department of Business & Regulations forms including corporate documents http://www.myflorida.com/dbpr/re/forms/index.shtml
2. Download and complete the TBR Member (Designated REALTOR^®) Application form
3. Contact Stephanie Daniels, Membership Coordinator, at 224-7713 or e-mail, information@tbrnet.org to set-up an appointment to join the Association (due to the time involved, new members must make an appointment, your cooperation is appreciated)
4. Fax in advance your completed Membership Application, (850) 561-3710
5. Review the Lockbox Key Options and if applicable, be prepared to pay the Lockbox fees with a Separate Check made payable to Supra
6. Be on time for your appointment, you may be sharing your appointment with other new members, please be courteous and be on time. Allow 45 minutes to join TBR.

What you need at your New Member Appointment:

• Copy of your license or proof that you passed the exam
• Copy of all corporate filings with DBPR, including Corporation License # http://www.myflorida.com/dbpr/re/forms/index.shtml
• Completed Application, if not previously sent in
• Check or MasterCard or Visa for all TBR Membership Fees
• Separate Check for Lockbox Key, if applicable
• If you are getting the E-Key (Palm Pilot) make sure your Palm is fully charged
