Why does the front page look so different?

Yes, it is different, but everything is still there.  The buttons are still at the top, and the Market Monitor has moved to right hand side of the page.  Click Here for an Introduction on the New Interface

The MLS# Search field is missing on the front page.  Where did it go?

The MLS# Search field is at the top of the screen in the field labeled "Fidoogle" next to the green button with a magnifying glass. You can enter multiple MLS #’s separated by commas.

Where did the Views/Reports Button Go?

The Views/Reports Button has been replaced with the Available Reports slide in on the right hand side. You can now look at all available reports and even drag your favorites to the top. The Exports have been moved to the blue toolbar above the search results.  Click Here for more information.

Why doesn't Paragon 4 fit correctly in my screen?

Paragon 4 is continuing to take advantage of the bigger screens and higher resolutions. The minimum screen resolution for running Paragon 4 is 1024  768. To change your screen resolution, click Start > Control Panel (if you're running Windows 98 or 2000, it is under Settings). Then click Display to launch the Display Properties dialog. Click the Settings tab. In the Screen resolution area, click and drag the slider to at least 1024 by 768 pixels. Click the Apply button. Click the OK to close the Display Properties dialog.

What happened to the MLS#/Address/Tax/Multi-Class under Search?

The label has changed to Multi-Class.

Can you give me some more tips?

When looking at your search results, you can gain more horizontal screen space by clicking the "Available Reports" header of the reports options that have loaded from the right.  Click again to reload the reports menu.

When looking at your search results, save time by moving your most used reports up under Favorites on the Available Reports menu. Simply click on the report you want and hold down your mouse button while you drag it up to Favorites. 

If you are having problems selecting items from the new drop down menus, remember to move your mouse down and over instead of diagonally.
